We are interested in the epigenetic mechanisms driving high-grade gliomas. By integrating single-cell, spatial, and bulk sequencing approaches to analyze changes in chromatin structure, the transcriptome, proteome, transcription factors, and DNA methylation in real patient samples, we aim to uncover what is causing progression and treatment failure.

Our goal is to find the molecular switch responsible for the transition from low-grade to highly aggressive tumors, so we can develop targeted therapies to prevent this shift.
