About

We are interested in the spatial and epigenetic mechanisms driving high-grade gliomas and recurrent disease. By integrating single-cell, spatial, and bulk sequencing approaches to analyze changes in chromatin structure, the transcriptome, proteome, transcription factors, and DNA methylation in real patient samples, we aim to uncover the mechanisms underlying tumor progression, recurrence, and treatment resistance.
